For your information and convenience, the estimator uses the current escrow and closing services rates from Vesta Law and Escrow, a wholly separate entity and our preferred escrow and closing services provider.  Using Vesta Law and Escrow's services is certainly not required when purchasing title insurance products from Vesta Title, LLC and you can obtain your escrow and closing service needs from any provider of your choosing.  The fee estimator tool provides a general estimate of common expected costs based on the purchase of the selected title products underwritten by First American Title Insurance Company.  There may be relatively minor deviations from the estimate once all documents are obtained, such as the precise per-page fees for recording documents with the county recording office and the actual wire transfer fees charged by your chosen banking institutions.
